The code in order for your site to be included or be an official participant is not out to the participants or site entry to the paradise philippines search engine optimization contest. It does contain links to the sponsors on the contest and also a unique tracking code for website eligibility and owner tracking.
So if you are from philippines or a foreigner willing to participate that can attend the awarding ceremony when the contest ends, you are free to participate and test your seo skills if you can beat those network sites.
